South High-Rises Renovation & Addition
Completed August 2013
This project renovated Park, Stradley, Smith, Steeb and Siebert Halls, while also constructing new building additions between Park-Stradley and Smith-Steeb. The two additions added 380 new beds, bringing the total to over 2,480 beds in the 5 buildings, and created new lobby and common space for students residing in the building. The renovations included the addition of air conditioning and a complete renovation of the bathrooms and student rooms.
