Space Management is the administration of areas within Student Life Facilities.
It ensures that each Student Life department has adequate space, equipment and offices to meet the mission of their department. It also ensures that the amenities provided to each department within Student Life are consistent. Space management also allows Student Life departments to maintain space information on updating use, assignment, and floor plans and drafting space rental agreements with non-SL departments. It also enables us to identify user needs and/or assist in the development of program of requirements for larger projects according to space allocation standards as well as assess whether existing or additional space will be necessary to meet the user’s needs.
